The Challenge
In 2015, after years leading the Oakville real estate market, Dan Cooper Group recognized the need for strategic change. The Group had lost its distinct identity due to imitators, its website was generating few leads, sales were down, and the team had slipped to #7. Dan Cooper wanted to regain his lead and build a stronger team approach.

Our deep-dive approach reshaped the Group’s human resources, training, internal communications, business operations, graphic identity, and messaging. The new brand has no logo — it uses a combination of graphic and messaging strategies to express the unique value offered by the Dan Cooper Group.
Rather than relying on a traditional logo or wordmark, the new brand expresses its essence, “team-as-leader,” in the brief yet bold, rallying cry “We are Dan Cooper.”
Results
The new strategy worked. We have elevated Dan Cooper Group above the crowd and generated a new vision for the team. Sales have doubled, website traffic has doubled, and this streamlined, efficient team of ten has climbed once again to rank #1.
